Weight Management Retreat 2010

Weight management is both a short and long term project. The Chiva-Som spa cuisine and fitness experts can help you to lose weight during your stay, but true weight management is a balance of lifestyle, food and exercise. The main goal is to educate you into finding and maintaining this balance daily.

Your Nutrition Consultation will review your current eating patterns and will help you implement better habits for your return home. Whether you are fit or not Chiva-Som fitness trainers will design a safe and effective program that you can take home and the knowledge and motivation to keep it going. A selection of spa treatments to enhance all your good work such as slimming body masks and jet blitzes. These help relieve tension and stress, stimulate the metabolism and boost the natural removal of toxins and fat.

The 7-night Retreat includes:
•    7 Nights accommodation
•    Individual health and wellness consultation (45 mins)
•    3 spa cuisine meals per night (beginning with dinner)
•    Complimentary physical analysis (30 mins) and skin consultation are available if required
•    Daily fitness and leisure activities (8 classes daily)
•    Unlimited use of Water Therapy Suites (Steam, Sauna and Jacuzzi)
•    7 Daily Massages (Thai, Chiva-Som, Invigorating or Relaxing Foot)
•    1 Body Composition Analysis   
•    5 Private Fitness Sessions (choose from: Personal Training, Kinesis, Thai Boxing, Pilates Body Conditioning, Vibrational Assisted Training, Private Boot Camp, Power Yoga)
•    1 Nutrition Counselling
•    3 Super Stretch (25 mins)

Costs from US$3,220 per person, depending on season and type of accommodation.
